Bad Santa or unreliable website!


Still waiting for the new Xbox with Kinect. I bought it online on 19th and it was supposed to arrive on 21st, ready for Santa to give it to Ali and take all the credits at my cost! šŸ™ Even though the website clearly said they had the order in stock, after the payment, as I went to see the progress of the order, it was on waiting list for new stocks! Cheaters!

I immediately called them and after making the complaint the changed the status to “delivery scheduled for 21st”!

The following day (20th) they changed the status to “expected time of arrival 21st”.

On 25th it was still showing: “expected time of arrival 21st”!

After making a few phone calls and making more complaints, I managed to change the expected date of arrivalĀ  to 29th! I love this efficient customer services! Instead of sorting out my problem they took the liberty of adding a few days to the scheduled time!

So no luck until 29th. I shall wait until tomorrow and see if anything happens or if they are going to change the date again!

Anyway who is to blame? Santa? me? or the supplier? šŸ™‚ Probably myself for leaving it too late to order! But in a way I am happy because this year Santa won’t take the crediteeeei šŸ˜‰Burns
